Axion Fiduciary Solutions (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2019/591619/07, is responsible for information submitted through this website. Enquiries are sent to hennie@axionfs.co.za.
2. Information collected
The forms collect contact information and high-level details about a will, trust, family, assets or planning concern. The forms are deliberately designed not to request identity numbers, bank details, passwords, medical records or confidential account documents.
3. Why information is used
Information is used to contact you, understand the enquiry, prepare for a consultation, assess the appropriate service scope, prevent abuse and keep a record of the request.
4. Email transmission
Form submissions are transmitted to Axion by email. Email is convenient but is not appropriate for highly sensitive information. Sensitive documents and identifying information should only be provided through a separately agreed secure process.
5. Sharing
Information is not sold. It may be shared with an appropriately qualified attorney, tax practitioner, accountant, financial adviser, administrator or other service provider only where necessary for the requested work, with an appropriate legal basis and subject to confidentiality and professional responsibilities.
6. Retention and security
Reasonable measures are used to protect information. Enquiries are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for follow-up, record keeping, legal obligations or the resulting client engagement.
7. Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing hennie@axionfs.co.za. Some records may need to be retained where law, professional responsibility or a contractual relationship requires it.
8. No engagement by submission
Submitting a form does not create a client, trustee, executor, legal, tax, accounting or financial-advice relationship. A relationship begins only after the applicable scope, responsibilities, terms and fees are accepted.
