Hennie has more than 13 years’ experience working with families, professionals and business owners across financial planning, estate planning, investments, retirement and business succession.

Within Axion, he leads trust-planning conversations, independent trustee participation, fiduciary governance and the coordination of trust, estate and wealth-planning decisions. His regulated financial advice is provided separately within the applicable Old Mutual Agency Franchise mandate through Deltrofusion Financial Services.

Samantha is a director and accountant at Axion Financial Solutions, with more than a decade of experience in financial management, business operations and advisory support. Her previous experience as a Chief Financial Officer gave her a practical understanding of the financial pressures facing business owners, from cash-flow management and tax compliance to strategic planning and sustainable growth.

Within the wider Axion relationship, Samantha contributes accounting discipline, commercial insight and a strong focus on accurate financial records. She is passionate about helping business owners understand their finances, make better-informed decisions and build more profitable, sustainable businesses through consistent guidance and practical support.

Trina Venter

Trina holds an Honours degree in Anthropology from the former Rand Afrikaans University, now the University of Johannesburg. Her academic background developed a strong understanding of people, systems and the way individuals interact with institutions—skills that have remained valuable throughout her professional career.

She began her career in government before joining the Road Accident Fund as a claims handler, where she gained practical experience in case administration, documentation and working with complex claims. She later moved into the legal sector, where she has built extensive experience as an administrator and consultant.

At Axion, Trina supports client onboarding, document coordination, meeting administration, records and follow-up. Her attention to detail, institutional knowledge and calm, practical approach help ensure that each matter moves through the fiduciary process efficiently and professionally.
